We offer a no quibble returns policy. We're sure you will be delighted with your purchases from us, but if for any reason you aren't, send us an email at info@modelrailwayscenes.com and we will arrange your return without making a fuss.

All orders are dispatched in sturdy packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours (custom signs will take longer) but during busy periods it might not always be possible. We will keep you informed of your order's progress.

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

Royal Mail Terms & Conditions state that delayed packages are not classed as lost or delayed until ten working days have passed. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is dispatched.
