We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please request a return through the order page in our online shop.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.
We do not accept returns for:
- personalised or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there is an error with the personalisation or the item supplied;
- sale items; or
- gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.
If you are a customer in the UK or the European Union and you purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without needing to give a reason.
This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To exercise your right to cancel, please request a return through the order page in our online shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused, and, where possible, in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
