You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint will have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're gluing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin.

All orders are dispatched in sturdy packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours (custom signs will take longer) but during busy periods it might not always be possible. We will keep you informed of your order's progress.

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

Royal Mail Terms & Conditions state that delayed packages are not classed as lost or delayed until ten working days have passed. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is dispatched.
