Dark Green Lichen
IN STOCK
£1.95

Add realistic natural texture to your model scenery with dark green lichen. This versatile scenic material is ideal for creating bushes, hedgerows, undergrowth and tree canopies, making it a popular choice for model railway layouts, dioramas and wargaming terrain.

Supplied in an average 13g bag, the preserved lichen can be torn, shaped or layered to suit your project. Use it on its own for quick scenic detailing or combine it with scatter materials, static grass and foliage to create dense vegetation and realistic woodland scenes.

Suitable for all modelling scales, Dark Green Lichen is a simple way to add depth, colour and texture to almost any landscape. Whether you're building a country hedgerow, filling woodland edges or creating overgrown embankments, this easy-to-use material delivers impressive results with minimal effort. Unlike the real thing, it also won't need trimming every spring.

Create rich, natural-looking scenery with dark green lichen and bring your miniature landscapes to life.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
