OO Scale Ready to Paint 1950s Brass Band Cornet Player
IN STOCK
£2.45

This 1950s brass band cornet player is a single OO scale (1:76) figure in band uniform, playing a small brass instrument. The instrument and hands are part of the sculpt, offering a clear painting project for a period bandstand scene.

Position him on a village green bandstand while the fête carries on around him, or group him with other musicians at a civic celebration. The painted scene is for inspiration; the bandstand, other players and scenery are not included.

Give your fête a musical focal point with a band member in mid-performance.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
