OO Scale Ready to Paint 1950s Smiling Boy in School Uniform
IN STOCK
£1.85

This 1950s smiling boy in school uniform is a single resin figure of a young schoolboy in the classic 1950s school uniform — cap, shorts, and satchel — with a cheerful expression. Cast in grey ABS-like resin and supplied unpainted, he arrives ready to prime and paint in your chosen colours.

The 1950s schoolboy in his uniform is one of the most evocative images of mid-century British life. Place him on a station platform heading home after school, on a high street, or in a park for a wonderful period touch. He pairs naturally with other 1950s children and family figures from the range, and suits any layout set in the 1950s and early 1960s.

Add this endearing 1950s schoolboy to your layout and capture the spirit of the era.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
