OO Scale Ready to Paint Modern Male Postie Delivering Mail on Foot
IN STOCK
£1.85

This modern male postie delivering mail on foot is a single resin figure of a male postal worker in Royal Mail uniform, working his round on foot with his bag of mail. Cast in grey ABS-like resin, he arrives ready to prime and paint in your chosen colours.

Walking posties are a fixture of British residential streets, and this figure adds that familiar daily routine to any modern layout scene. Place him on a suburban street, approaching a front door, or at a post box for an immediately convincing contemporary street vignette. He pairs well with other postie figures from the Model Railway Scenes range and suits any layout set from the 1990s onwards.

Recreate the familiar morning round on your modern layout with this hard-working postie figure.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
