OO Scale Ready to Paint 1950s Boy with Suitcase and Toy
IN STOCK
£1.85

This 1950s boy with suitcase and toy is a single resin figure of a young boy in period dress, carrying a small suitcase and a favourite toy. Cast in grey ABS-like resin and supplied unpainted, he arrives ready to prime and paint in your chosen colours.

He is the kind of figure that tells a story — perhaps heading off on a seaside holiday, or being met off the train by his grandparents. Place him on a station platform or in a station concourse for a touch of period warmth. He suits any 1950s layout and pairs naturally with family groups and other period children from the Model Railway Scenes range.

Add a moment of 1950s childhood to your layout with this charming and story-filled figure.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
