This 1950s old man asleep on bench is a single resin figure of an elderly gentleman who has nodded off on a station or park bench. Cast in grey ABS-like resin and supplied unpainted, he arrives ready to prime and paint in your chosen colours.

Every station waiting room and park has one — that wonderfully familiar sight of an old chap having forty winks on a bench. Place him on a station platform bench, in a park, or on a village green, and he will immediately draw the eye and raise a smile. He suits any layout set from the 1940s through to the 1970s, and is a small detail with a big personality.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched in sturdy packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours (custom signs may take longer) but during busy periods it might not always be possible. We will keep you informed of your order's progress.

We use Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel for UK deliveries, and Royal Mail for international deliveries.

Royal Mail Terms & Conditions state that delayed packages are not classed as lost or delayed until ten working days have passed. You will receive an e-mail or text message when your order is dispatched.

Your delivery fee includes a nominal charge for packaging (P&P).
