OO Scale Ready to Paint 1950s Railway Porter Carrying Hat Boxes, Umbrellas and Instrument Case
IN STOCK
£1.85

The OO scale 1950s railway porter carrying hat boxes, umbrellas and instrument case is one upright, walking station staff figure loaded with unusual passenger belongings. The hat boxes, folded umbrellas, and hard instrument case are sculpted with the figure. Intended for supply unpainted in grey resin, it can be finished for your station; the painted scene is illustrative only.

Put him between a waiting train and the station entrance as he carries a traveller's collection of delicate cases and umbrellas along the platform. His upright stride and distinctive load add a recognisable passenger-service moment without another trolley or sack truck.

Let this busy porter carry the story across your station platform.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
