OO Scale Ready to Paint 1950s Railway Porter Walking the Platform
IN STOCK
£1.85

The OO scale 1950s railway porter walking the platform is one period station staff figure caught in a purposeful stride, with empty hands and no trolley or luggage. Intended for supply unpainted in grey resin, he is ready for your chosen colours. The painted station photograph is an illustrative example; its scenery is not included.

Place him crossing from the station building to an arriving train, moving along a quiet platform, or heading back after helping a passenger. His open walking pose brings movement to a scene while fitting naturally among other railway workers and travellers.

Put a little everyday motion into your 1950s platform.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
