OO Scale Ready to Paint Modern Road Worker using Jackhammer
IN STOCK
£2.35

This modern road worker using jackhammer is a single resin figure of a road worker in high-visibility clothing, operating a pneumatic drill or jackhammer. Cast in grey ABS-like resin and supplied unpainted, he arrives ready to prime and paint in your chosen colours.

The jackhammer operator is perhaps the most recognisable figure in any roadworks scene — breaking up old tarmac or concrete before resurfacing begins. Place him in a roadworks setting with cones and barriers on your modern layout for an instantly convincing contemporary scene. He suits any layout set from the 1980s to the present day and pairs naturally with other road worker figures from the Model Railway Scenes range.

Add this classic roadworks scene maker to your modern layout — just don't stand too close.

PREPARATION AND PAINTING

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're glueing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.
