Each bin is made from eco-friendly yellow PLA plastic, pre-coloured so you can place them straight onto your layout with no painting required. The design faithfully replicates the classic UK salt and grit bins you’ll find in towns and cities up and down the country, instantly recognisable and full of character. Packs are available in 2, 4, or 6, with an equal mix of salt and grit bins included so your scene has variety straight out of the box.

You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting. We sell Humbrol Primer.

You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint can have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.

Resin can be cut using a Dremmel or fine saw and sanded using a fine sandpaper or nail file.

If you're gluing resin parts together you should use a superglue or epoxy-based glue. Regular plastic glues will not glue resin. We also sell superglue.

All orders are dispatched in sturdy packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours (custom signs may take longer) but during busy periods it might not always be possible. We will keep you informed of your order's progress.

We use Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel for UK deliveries, and Royal Mail for international deliveries.

Royal Mail Terms & Conditions state that delayed packages are not classed as lost or delayed until ten working days have passed. You will receive an e-mail or text message when your order is dispatched.

Your delivery fee includes a nominal charge for packaging (P&P).
